4. SMS Consent and Phone Numbers (Strict Non-Transfer Policy) By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Mark's Mini Splits regarding your service requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
 

5. SMS Opt-In and Program Details Mark's Mini Splits operates a customer care SMS program. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at https://www.marksminisplits.com/contact. This checkbox is optional, is not checked by default, and is not required to submit the form or to receive our services. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS messaging. Consent is granted only by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box. Messages you may receive include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician-en-route notifications, service and estimate status updates, and replies to inquiries you send us. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
